Checks wheel event timing for wheel devices like mouse, touchpad, dial, etc.

Show point guideline
Stat scroll events instead of wheel events

Move cursor to checking area, then scroll your mouse wheel, or touch-move on your touchpad with two fingers for a few seconds.

To check zoom wheel, first press-hold Ctrl key while scrolling your mouse wheel, or just pinch-zoom on your touchpad with two fingers.

To check horizontal wheel for your mouse if your mouse doesn't support horizontal wheel, press-hold Shift key.

[Chromium] To ensure wheel/touchmove events uncoalesced, please open browser DevTools.

[Firefox] Timestamps of wheel/touchmove events seem to be vsync'ed thus are not accurate.

[HTTP server] Enable cross-origin isolation for hi-res timing.
